How’s Your Now? How are you feeling right now in this very moment? I’m not a therapist, nor am I trying to come across as one. However, I feel as though “getting it all out” is constructive and therapeutic. People can find inspiration in other people doing well, and the flip side of that coin is negative feelings or emotions can lose their power over us if we tell another person or put them on paper.
